Track Your Order

Track your DeshSutram order and view the latest shipping updates.

Track My Order

Customers can view tracking information after you add a courier tracking number while fulfilling their order. They can also access tracking from the shipping confirmation email or their customer account.

Request a Return

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Before submitting your request, please ensure that:

• The product is unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• The product has not been customised or stitched.
• Photos are available if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Request a Return

We will review your request and respond within five working days.

Request an Exchange

Exchanges are available only for eligible, unused, unstitched and non-customised products.

Please email us with:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for exchange
• Requested replacement product
• Photos, where applicable
